FROM SLOVAKIA TO GERMANY
A European Journey
I left Slovakia when I was 18 and spent many years experiencing different countries, cultures and ways of life across Europe. In 2010, I settled in Germany.
Those experiences taught me to adapt, keep learning and look carefully at the information behind the decisions I make. Living in different parts of Europe also gave me a strong interest in how people from different countries approach health, beauty and personal well-being.
Today, LR Select reflects that European perspective, with content created primarily for readers in the UK and across Europe.
HOW I DISCOVERED LR HEALTH & BEAUTY
A Personal Experience
My interest in LR Health & Beauty began after I experienced a persistent skin irritation while working in Germany. I started researching different approaches and was introduced to Aloe Vera products and other LR products.
That personal experience encouraged me to look much more closely at ingredients, product quality and how the different LR product ranges were designed.
In 2011, I became involved with LR as a partner alongside my regular work. Over time, what started as personal curiosity developed into extensive practical experience with the LR product portfolio and partner system.
I have since followed the development of LR Aloe Vera, LIFETAKT nutrition, ZEITGARD skincare, cosmetics, fragrances and many other LR product ranges.

One reason I created LR Select is that product information can often be difficult to evaluate.
A manufacturer naturally presents the advantages of its products. Online shops focus on selling. Social media can contain personal opinions, incomplete information and exaggerated claims.
I wanted LR Select to take a different approach.
My goal is to combine first-hand familiarity with LR products with careful research of official product information, ingredients, usage instructions and other reliable sources.
That does not mean every LR product will be right for every person. Instead, the purpose of LR Select is to explain what a product is, what it contains, how it is intended to be used and what customers should consider before buying it.
Why I Created LR Select
Product information can often be difficult to evaluate. LR Select was created to bring clarity. My goal is to:

For me, that combination of experience, research and transparency is what makes LR Select useful.
